Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our meals online and add items to your cart. At checkout, enter your delivery address and select a delivery date. We'll confirm your order by email.
Can I customize my order?
Yes — if you have dietary needs, allergies, or special requests, add a note at checkout or contact us directly. We'll do our best to accommodate.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend ordering at least 2-3 days in advance for regular orders, and 5-7 days for Shabbos packages and Yom Tov meals. For large catering orders, please contact us at least 1-2 weeks ahead.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for regular meal items. Shabbos packages and catering may have minimums — see each listing or contact us for details.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to parts of New Jersey and New York. Enter your address at checkout to confirm your area. Contact us if you're unsure.
How are meals delivered?
Meals are packed in insulated containers to stay fresh during delivery. Most items arrive chilled and ready to heat, bake, or cook as instructed.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — local pickup is available. Contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
Shabbos & Yom Tov Packages
What's included in a Shabbos package?
Shabbos packages typically include soup, a main dish, 2-3 sides, and a dessert — everything you need for a full Shabbos table. Packages are customizable and can serve different group sizes.
When do Shabbos packages need to be ordered?
Please order Shabbos packages by Wednesday for that week's Shabbos. For Yom Tov, we recommend ordering 1-2 weeks in advance.
Are your meals kosher?
Yes — all our meals are prepared under kosher supervision. Contact us for specific hashgacha information.
Gifting & Catering
Can I send meals as a gift?
Absolutely! Meal gifting is one of our most popular options. At checkout, you can add a personal message. We'll deliver directly to the recipient and include your note.
What occasions are good for meal gifting?
New babies, illness or recovery, simchas (weddings, bar mitzvahs), Shabbos hosting, and just showing someone you care. A homemade meal is always a thoughtful gift.
Do you cater events?
Yes — we cater kiddushes, sheva brachos, office events, and more. Contact us to discuss your event size, menu, and logistics.
Food & Quality
How long do meals keep?
Most meals keep refrigerated for 3-5 days. Frozen items keep for up to 3 months. Each item includes specific storage and reheating instructions.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee a fully allergen-free kitchen.
Still have questions?
We're happy to help with orders, catering inquiries, or anything else. We respond within 1 business day (closed Friday afternoon and Shabbos).
